1.5.1 emergency update

• Removed screen resolution buttons from every menu because they could make the game's window way too big.
• Music no longer accelerates during final lap because of a web version bug that caused the music to become deformed.
• Removed buttons to change the music player speed. Same reason as previous point.

Once again this update is only for the web browser version of the game but the downloadable versions don't have these bugs anyway.
